Booking one of Middle Dean Cottages is quick and easy with our online availability and booking calendar. Simply select your preferred arrival day followed by the number of nights you wish to stay - a price will be quoted. If you are happy with the dates you have selected and the price that has been quoted, please click on the highlighted ‘Book Now’ button to be directed to our online booking form. To secure a booking at Middle Dean Cottages we require a 30% deposit along with a 3% booking fee; the outstanding balance is then due eight weeks prior to arrival along with the refundable security deposit. Payment methods accepted when booking the cottage, include debit/credit card, PayPal, bank transfer and cheque.
Included in the price of the cottages is bed linen, towels and WiFi, a travel cot, high chair and stair gate can also be provided at no additional cost. If bringing a dog, please let us know at the time of booking, a dog is charged at an additional £50.00.

The small, independent holiday cottage agency based in North Devon is available via email or on 01271 377 432 from 9am to 8pm seven days a week.
